This year has been a breakthrough for our mission. Enrollment has increased, generosity has deepened, and our program footprint has expanded across Liberia. Thank you for partnering with us to change lives, one student at a time. This newsletter highlights our progress, key updates, financial developments, and what’s ahead for 2026.

A 333% INCREASE in students sponsored!

Fundraising Campaign Update
Our 30/30 Fundraising Campaign for 2025 has raised $7,040.11 so far!

107% GROWTH in donations!
Your generosity more than doubled in one year. It supports scholarships, operational costs, program development, and direct student services. We are deeply grateful for every donor, partner, and supporter who continues to stand with us.
Major Organizational Updates
Clothespins Opens Bank Account in Liberia
We are excited to announce that Clothespins, Inc. officially opened an account with ECOBANK Liberia. This new account allows us to manage funds locally, increase transparency, and ensure faster support to students.
Versacare Grant
Our application for the 2025 Versacare Grant was not awarded. But we will reapply with a stronger proposal.
Operational Expenses
A service plan has been approved to support ongoing website maintenance and functionality.
Monthly Expenditures
Total Monthly Expenses: $1,029.95
Breakdown:
• Volunteer Staff Support (2 @ $300) — $600.00
• Program Coordinator Support — $100.00
• Hosting — $25.00
• Email — $14.95.00
• Domain — $35.00
• P.O. Box (every two months: $105.00)
• Webmaster — $100.00
• Office Space — $50.00
These expenses reflect our commitment to transparency, operational efficiency, and responsible stewardship.
2026 Gala Announced
Purpose: Raise funds for Clothespins programs and expand our student support efforts. More details coming soon... stay tuned!
2026 Trip to Liberia
Cedric Belcher on his trip to Liberia
A team will travel to Liberia in May 2026 with three key objectives:
1. Assess the viability and expansion opportunities of the program
2. Execute community impact initiatives
3. Honor Clothespins students and volunteers
This will be a historic trip for our organization. We are working on a package to share with those who would like to participate—more details to come.
